Overview

This is a special inner plug for syringe of medical plastic products. The material is elastomer and has three undercuts. There were strict requirements for this plastic injection product to have strong peaks and valleys (undercuts) so that the three lines could be clearly seen, and that there should be no PL plane perpendicular to the three lines.
The reason for this is that if there are PL lines on the three sealing surfaces of the syringe inner stopper, liquid leakage will be expected. With such forcible removal of large undercuts, it is difficult to find the appropriate dimensions such as the taper, radius, and undercut amount for the forcible removal.
