This medical plastic injection molded product is a thin tube used for real-time PCR. Real-time PCR is to monitor and analyze of amplification by PCR (polymerase chain reaction) in real-time. This thin-walled tube for real-time PCR uses polypropylene as a material, but the feature is that it is made as thin as 0.3 mm. Polypropylene has excellent chemical resistance and is one of the most frequently used materials in medical plastic molded products. This thin-walled tube has a thin wall of 0.3 mm to improve thermal conductivity and shorten heating and cooling time. This thin-walled tube for medical real-time PCR was initially ordered processing of a prototype, but was later contracted for mass-produced plastic injection molding. We can perform not only product design but also mold design, so we can consistently undertake from commissioned processing of prototypes to subsequent mass production.
