Overview

The photo shows part of a microchannel chip made of acrylic resin (PMMA) manufactured by "MedicalPlasticMolding.com". Such micro-channel chips have fine grooves of about 50 to 100 microns, and require a very high level of flatness and polishing so that reagents can flow smoothly. In order to achieve a high level of flatness, it is necessary not only to design the mold but also to discuss the mold processing method.
In addition to product design, the resin mold for this micro-channel chip is designed in-house at "MedicalPlasticMolding.com", and we have been conducting meetings with customers since the mold design stage. We offer various cost reduction design proposals in product design and mold design.
