Overview

In medical plastic products, leakage of the contents of containers is a fatal defect, and tampering prevention is also an important requirement. This has a virgin seal in addition to the cap function. The cap can be easily opened by holding the knob and peeling off the band, but the cap will not come off unless the band is cut. The connection between the band and the body has been set to a thickness of about 0.1 mm so that it can be easily peeled off. For this reason, band breakage is likely to occur because welds are likely to occur at the joints, so care must be taken when optimizing the molding conditions. When producing it in a clean room, it is also important to prevent external forces from being applied to the band of the product after molding.
