Overview

The injection-molded product used in this medical device is a part of the handle of the anesthesia needle with a fine hole. The anesthesia needle is adhered into this small hole. The diameter of the inside hole varies according to the thickness of the anesthesia needle. Some of the small holes have a control dimensions of φ0.021±0.01. Since the hole diameter is very small and high precision is required, it is necessary to design the core pin taking into account the distension of the core pin.
