Overview

In medical plastic products, medical products such as tips and tubes are often required to display the scale line for the content amount. There are two main ways to put the scale lines onto the tip and tube.
(1) Put a scale line in the pre-specified part from the capacity calculation on CAD
(2) Make a product actually to put the scale line accurately.

For both (1) and (2), a plastic injection molded product is manufactured using a mold with scale lines. In case of (2), For (1), the scale lines are processed at the same time as the mold is manufactured. For (2), after the mold is manufactured, the liquid is actually put into the molded product, the scale is measured, and processing is performed. Therefore, (2) can produce a higher precision scale, but the work becomes complicated.
