Overview

This plastic injection molded product is a pipetting tip used for medical purposes. In the medical industry, a wide variety of tips, from short to long, from thin to thick, are used in the medical industry. This pipetting thin-wall tip is a tip developed jointly by our company and the customer, and the thicknesses are 0.3mm at the opening part and 0.7mm at the thick part of its apex, so the difference of the thicknesses is 0.7mm, means double or more, and it is the biggest feature of this thin-wall pipetting tip. Since this pipetting thin-wall tip has a large thickness difference of 0.4 mm between the thick part and the thin part, we advised customer at the design stage of the product including quality improvement measures not to occur weld lines at filling plastic resin from the gates. In addition, we have a track record of manufacturing such thin-wall medical tips up to φ0.4 inner diameter at the apex part.
