Overview

This ABS syringe is an injection molded product for filling drugs into the body. Since the outside of the product may come into contact with the mucous membrane of the body, the parting line is required to be at a level that cannot be checked by contact by hand. This surface accuracy is achieved only by molding without deburring. Of course, the inner wall of the syringe will have no taper and no sink marks.
