In today’s society, it has become essential in every industry to be environmentally friendly, reduce garbage generated, and work on recycling.
There are three main methods of recycling plastic products.

１．Material recycle

Material recycling is a method of dissolving discarded plastic products and reusing them as raw materials for plastics, as per the general image of recycling. In this case, it is necessary to sort out the same type of plastic.

２．Chemical recycle

Chemical recycling is a method that to apply chemical treatments to discarded and collected plastic products for returning them to resin raw materials and fats and oils. Although it is possible to recycle even if it is not the same kind of plastic, there is a disadvantage that recycling cost is high.

３．Thermal recycle

Thermal recycling is a method that uses waste plastic products as fuel and uses the generated heat for power generation, hot water and heating. The process that the resin is melted and solidified to make a solid fuel is also called thermal recycling. Thermal recycling is possible and cheap even if it is not the same kind of plastic, but burning it has disadvantages such as generation of carbon dioxide and air pollution.
