The mechanism to create a desired clean space, which is indispensable for plastic molding for medical use, is to continually circulate clean air that has passed through a HEPA filter into the room to maintain a clean space.
Purification of air in the clean room, which produces medical plastic molded products, is performed in the following cycle.
- Passes air through a HEPA filter (ultra-high-performance filter) to create purified air.
- Sends clean air to the entire clean room.
- Take in the air sent into the air conditioner.
- When air is taken into the air conditioner, it passes through a pre-filter to temporarily filter to eliminate dust and dirt.
- The air temporarily filtered by the pre-filter is sent to the HEPA filter by a circulation fan.
- At the same time as circulating air through the HEPA filter, it also takes in some outside air into the clean room and creates a positive pressure inside the clean room, preventing the inflow of dust and dirt.
In order to prevent dust and dirt from persons, wear clean wear and enter the room through an air shower. This circulation cycle maintains the cleanliness of the clean room.
